Easy financing options are available to make orthodontic treatments affordable. We strive to consistently deliver the best value for you and your family.
At Connell Orthodontics, we keep our fees in line with insurance to begin with, so you won’t typically see huge insurance discounts. We like to be more straight forward with our costs. We will always check your policy prior to treatment, and we would be happy to send out a predetermination of benefits to your insurance prior to treatment at your request.We are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta and MetLife, and accept credit, debit, ACH, FSA, and HSA
InsuranceMany dental insurance plans cover both traditional braces and Invisalign. Coverage varies but plans may offer a lifetime coverage. We’ll discuss how our treatment plans fit with your coverage during the initial consultation. FSA (Flexible Spending Account)
Did you know you can apply your Flexible Spending Account towards braces and Invisalign treatment? Each year, you can set aside funds (before taxes!) through your FSA, and use those funds to help cover the cost of orthodontic treatment. Then you can apply for FSA reimbursement. In addition to cash and major credit cards, we offer flexible and affordable monthly payment plans. If your insurance doesn’t cover all of your treatment fees or if cost is a concern for you, we can talk about it during your initial consultation. We are flexible and happy to accommodate our patients’ needs.

Insurance billing
Because orthodontic treatment occurs over a period of time, your insurance will pay over the course of time. Depending on your policy, this could be monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. Any changes of policy throughout the course of treatment could affect the payment amount received from insurance. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you have ended or changed insurance policies.
In house financing
In addition to cash and major credit cards, we offer flexible and affordable monthly payment plans. If your insurance doesn’t cover all of your treatment fees or if cost is a concern for you, we can talk about it during your initial consultation. We are flexible and happy to accommodate our patients’ needs both before and during your payment plan.
HSA & FSA
We are happy to accept HSA and FSA payments for your orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic billing is different from dental billing, in that treatment occurs over a period of time rather than in one visit. Your HSA or FSA may require a copy of your contract and of your payment receipts. Our office team is here to help you navigate the process!
Discounts
At Connell Orthodontics, we know that every family budget is different. Because we appreciate our patients, we offer a variety of discounts!
If you have an in network insurance provider, they may offer a discount to your treatment. In addition to that, our office offers a 10% discount for active service and veterans, 5% discount for contracts paid in full at the start of treatment, a discount for 2 phase treatment, and varied discounts for dentists and dental teams. Please reach out to our treatment coordinator to ask about our discounts!
