Brush, brush, and brush some more. The most important thing to do with braces is to brush your teeth often. Food gets stuck in the teeth and brackets where bacteria lives in your mouth. Brushing is imperative to avoid cavities, decalcification, an other issues. Even if you don’t have braces you want to brush, but when undergoing orthodontic treatment it makes it absolutely vital to brush your teeth often.
